About Me

My name is Nicole, I am a yoga teacher and Kids Creative Mindfulness Practitioner based in Dublin. I founded Yoga Bubbles in 2019 to promote positive mental health and well-being through fun and creative yoga practices. I work with preschool children all the way up to high school students as well as with families and communities.

Designed For You

Yoga for Pre-Schools

Pre-schools and Montessories

A fun filled class especially designed for pre-school children and Montessori schools. A great opportunity for little yogis to develop motor skills through yoga while also nurturing their sense of wonder and curiosity as we embark on engaging  yoga adventures. We'll base our journeys on books or stories carrying a positive message and offering the chance to connect  with our sense of empathy and compassion. Children will have the opportunity to explore mindfulness regularly through the use of colourful props and age appropriate breathing or listening practices which are both fun and beneficial ways to promote positive habits for self regulation and self care.

Yoga For Children

Primary schools and After-school

Designed to support primary schools' P.E. and well-being programmes as well as to offer a wonderful after school activity for  students. In these engaging and non-competitive classes children will gain flexibility and strength while developing skills such as communication, cooperation and compassion. Through a series of interactive and educational yoga practices, games and breathing techniques children will have the opportunity to learn methods to reduce stress and anxiety, increase attention, and to boost memory and mental health.

Teen Yoga

Secondary schools and TY

Designed for teens up to the age of 16 and aimed at exploring the benefits of yoga through selected themes reflecting the interests of each group. Introducing teens to yoga can be greatly beneficial for them. The teenage years are a time of enormous pressure – exams, body image, friendships, the future. Starting yoga can help cultivate self- compassion, reduce anxiety, relieve stress and develop mindfulness techniques that will stand them in good stead as they move through life.

Family Yoga

For individual families or groups

Family yoga is a fun, flowing class for a parent and child of 3 years and up or a larger family group. It is available both for individual families or groups of families. The class makes use of yoga adventures, partner poses, games and props in a non-competitive and stimulating environment. Children and parents as well as other family members can learn and experience ways of relaxing, calming their minds and enjoy some quality time together all dedicated to having fun and self- care.

Mindfulness Classes

Creative Mindfulness classes for Kids

Inclusive mindfulness classes for children, designed to cultivate kindness and self compassion through creative and fun activities, breathing practices and mindful listening. A special class to gently nurture both positive mental health and well-being.
