Teen Yoga

Secondary schools and TY

Designed for teens up to the age of 16 and aimed at exploring the benefits of yoga through selected themes reflecting the interests of each group. Following specific themes we may engage with a variety of practices like: yoga for balance and stress reduction, yoga for strength and flexibility, yoga for focus and more. The classes are designed to promote physical awareness as well as to notice and nurture the connection of breath and body through movement. 


What we'll explore:


  • How yoga can benefit our physical health and general well-being

  • The individual  benefits of each pose

  • What it means to practice safely and at our own pace

  • Self care, Self compassion, Self respect and respect for others

  • One off workshops 

  • Class bundles available

  • Classes run for approximately 40 min to one hour

  • Flexible pricing to suit you school's needs
